The evaluation of your condition takes into account a wide range of factors about you — not only about your current physical and mental state, but also your daily routine, diet, habits, attitudes, and lifestyle that contribute to your current state of wellness.
Through the use of pure herbal food supplements, the prescription of daily and seasonal routines, and other holistic approaches, the body's own inner intelligence is more fully activated to maintain health and prevent disease.

To arrange a wellness consultation with Dr. Davis we will need some personal information and health history, as well as your signature on consent forms. These forms and the procedure for preparing your computer to make a video conference call will be emailed to you.
After you return the completed forms we will call to set up your appointment, and you can use the buttons above to make payment. We use Paypal as our online payment processor.
