Why are my lips dry in the winter?

Answer

Dry lips and dry skin are signs of a Vata imbalance. Other symptoms that too much Vata has accumulated could be anxiety, dry skin, constipation, insomnia, headaches, undue fatigue, intestinal gas, menstrual cramps, lower back pain, or aching joints.
